My therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs, providing a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore. I have trained in and carry out my work through a Holistic framework, meaning I look at the whole person as a result of all the essential individual  parts. Our thoughts, feelings and behaviours can effect our entire system which can sometimes be ignored in the traditional western medical model.

I'm nervous about starting therapy, what if I dont know what to say?

Amazing things unfold in the therapy room, and sometimes you can surprise yourself with what starts to flow when you have someone who is willing to listen and care. Have patience with yourself and trust the process. Most people who start therapy have difficulty in vocalizing how they are feeling or differentiating certain emotions so it can take time to become comfortable with that, it will get easier with practice.
